Terms of use

The service

Pawky connects dog owners to walk together: walks on a map, dog profiles, messages, alerts. Pawky is free and published by Lily Barberou, as a private individual.

Your account

• You must be 15 or older.
• One account per person, with accurate information about you and your dogs.
• Keep your password to yourself: what is done with your account is your responsibility.

Pack rules

• Respect others: no insults, harassment, discrimination or threats.
• No advertising, selling, spam or soliciting (dog sitting, breeding…).
• Only post photos and texts you have the right to share, and nothing illegal or shocking.
• Don't share someone's personal information without consent.
• If something is wrong, use “Report” or “Block”.

Walks

• Each participant takes part in walks under their own responsibility. Pawky checks neither members' identity nor dogs' temperament or health.
• You remain responsible for your dog and any damage it may cause: liability insurance is strongly recommended.
• Keep your dog on a leash when in doubt, follow the rules of each place, and don't bring a female in heat or a sick dog.
• For a first meeting, pick a public place. If you can't come, let the others know.

What you post

Your photos and texts remain yours. You only allow Pawky to display them in the app (and in its share previews) while they are online. Weather, tips and places are shown for information only.

Moderation

Content that breaks these rules may be hidden, and an account suspended, especially after reports. To dispute a decision: hello@lilybarberou.fr.

Availability

We do our best for Pawky to work well, without being able to guarantee it: the service may be interrupted, change or stop. Pawky is not responsible for what happens between members, during or outside walks.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time in the settings, after downloading your data if you wish.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change in an important way, we tell you in the app. They are governed by French law. If there is a problem, write to us first at hello@lilybarberou.fr: we will look for a solution together.
